• Unframed pieces ship flat and usually go out within 2 days of order. • Please allow 2 weeks for art to be framed and shipped. • Cartons for the framed art are sturdy and all shipments are insured. • Customers are given tracking and insurance information for all shipments. You are responsible for making damage claims with FedEx so inspection of shipment should be done upon arrival. • I use FedEx Ground shipping and most packages will arrive within 1 week from the time shipped.
